Tesla's Spanish configurator now shows the upgraded Model 3. Two Spanish outlets, Somos Eléctricos and Forococheselectricos, reported on 9 October 2026 that every version lists a 16-inch centre screen, that Zen Grey has replaced white as the light interior, and that the Performance now claims 600 km WLTP.

This is the change TeslAnt's coverage of the Shanghai-built 2027 Model 3 and the US update said Europe was still waiting for. One part of it is missing: the Spanish listing does not include vehicle-to-load.

The Spanish line-up

Version Price WLTP range 0-100 km/h
Model 3 RWD €36,990 572 km 6.2 s
Premium Long Range RWD €44,990 750 km 5.2 s
Premium Long Range AWD €48,990 660 km 4.0 s
Performance AWD €57,490 600 km 3.1 s

These are list prices before options, discounts and grants. Somos Eléctricos notes that the configurator adds a €980 destination and documentation fee, and Forococheselectricos reports the Premium RWD price unchanged. The ranges are the configurator's headline figures; on the Premium AWD it also shows a higher estimate of about 715 km on 18-inch wheels.

What changed, by version

  • Every version: a 16-inch QHD centre screen replaces the 15.4-inch panel, according to the official Spanish comparison Somos Eléctricos consulted.
  • Premium AWD: 0-100 km/h falls from 4.4 to 4.0 seconds.
  • Performance: 600 km WLTP, with 0-100 km/h unchanged at 3.1 seconds. Australia and New Zealand got the same rating with the same update on 1 October, where it was a 29 km gain. The Performance's configurator images show the black headliner.
  • Both Premiums and the Performance: Zen Grey costs €1,200 — the same shade and price the Model Y switched to in Europe in August. The base RWD stays black-only.
  • Both Premiums: Dark Nova 19-inch wheels cost €1,700 in place of the standard 18-inch Photon wheels. They cost range too: the Premium RWD drops from 750 to 691 km WLTP.

Vehicle-to-load is the open question

V2L was the headline of the Shanghai update: up to 2.2 kW of power export through Tesla's outlet adapter, tied to 2027 model year hardware and not retrofittable. Somos Eléctricos says the Spanish configurator does not present it as Model 3 equipment, and Forococheselectricos calls it unresolved. Tesla has not said whether European cars have it.

On the configurator's evidence, Europe has the screen, the interior and the performance changes, but not the feature that set the Shanghai car apart.

Deliveries are later than we estimated

Forococheselectricos lists delivery windows of November to December for the RWD, December for the Premium RWD, and the first quarter of 2027 for the Premium AWD and the Performance. TeslAnt's earlier coverage inferred late October from Shanghai sailing times. For most versions that was too early.

What it means for buyers

So far only Spanish outlets have reported the change. Tesla has not announced it for Europe, and it is not confirmed whether other European configurators changed the same day. Every European Model 3 comes from the same Shanghai line, so Spain's specification is the likeliest template for other markets. That is an inference, not a Tesla statement.

If you ordered before the configurator changed, ask which specification your car will be built to. The 16-inch screen is a different panel, not a software update. If V2L matters to you, get it confirmed in writing before you sign.

The Spanish configurator also uses the Tesla Assisted Driving name that replaced FSD on Tesla's European sites this week.
