An app decompile spotted by Not a Tesla App reveals Tesla is preparing per-profile toggles to block the in-car web browser, Arcade games and Tesla Theater. The new flags — a browser flag, an Arcade flag, a Theater flag — sit alongside the existing Parental Controls system and the recently added rule that disables Track Mode whenever Parental Controls are engaged.

Europe registered 1,083,241 plug-in passenger cars in Q1 2026 (+28% YoY), the first time the region has cleared one million in a single quarter. Tesla took second place among EV brands with 78,642 units (+45.4% YoY), trailing Volkswagen's 96,601 but ahead of BYD's 73,535. The Model Y was Europe's best-selling battery EV at 51,395 units. Tesla began rolling out FSD (Supervised) v14.3.3 inside firmware 2026.14.6.6 on 17 May 2026. The release adds a live intervention-free streak counter in the Self-Driving App, unifies the Actually Smart Summon backend with FSD and Robotaxi for a max-speed bump from 6 to 8 mph, and bundles the full 2026 Spring Update payload for both HW3 and HW4 vehicles.

Tesla's latest FSD release changes how the system handles inattentive drivers — instead of slowing to a stop in the live lane, the car now actively looks for a safe place to pull over and park. Tesla also relaxes the strike lockout so drivers can re-engage FSD immediately after the car parks.

Newly built Model Ys at Tesla's Grünheide plant have self-driven a combined 93,000 miles (roughly 150,000 km) on Full Self-Driving since October 2025 — entirely on private factory ground, in a country where FSD is not yet street-legal.
